Infused Water

I had some spare fruit (apples, oranges, lemons) so I bought mint leaves, sliced the fruit and added it to a jug of water. Once refrigerated for a few hours, the water is infused with the fruit flavours to give a refreshing, natural drink.

It's easy to drink the recommended daily allowance of water when it has a little hint of flavour. Carbonated water, thanks to soda stream, is also great!
